  • Nov 2024 Electrical System 2024 The rear subframe wiring harness may be too short, straining the electrical connection and causing power loss to the rear drive unit (RDU).

    Risk A loss of power to the rear drive unit can result in a complete loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy Lucid will replace the wiring harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 18, 2024. Owners may contact Lucid at 1-888-995-8243. Lucid's number for this recall is SR-24-05-0.

    Applies to Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Air Pure rear wheel drive vehicles.

  • Jun 2024 Visibility 2024 The high voltage coolant heater may fail to defrost the windshield.

    Risk A high voltage coolant heater that fails to defrost the windshield can reduce the driver's view, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy Lucid has released an over-the-air software update to identify a high voltage coolant heater failure and provide a warning to the driver. High voltage coolant heaters that fail will be replaced. Software updates and repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 5, 2024. Owners may contact Lucid customer service at 1-888-995-8243. Lucid's number for this recall is SR-24-04-0. This recall is an expansion of Recall 24V-011.

  • Feb 2024 Forward Collision Avoidance 2024 The software may cause a fault while the adaptive cruise control is on, resulting in a loss of drive power.

    Risk A sudden loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

    Remedy Lucid released an over-the-air (OTA) software update in October 2023, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 8, 2024. Owners may contact Lucid customer service at 1-888-995-8243. Lucid's number for this recall is SR-24-02-0.

    Applies to Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Air vehicles running software release versions 2.1.2 through 2.1.26.
